From Camden Street to Dublin's Trusted Name

Saoirse's Kitchen was founded by Saoirse and Eoin Gallagher with a commitment to quality, honesty, and getting the job done right.

Starting from Camden Street, we've grown into a team of 8 dedicated staff serving Dublin city centre and South Dublin. Our reputation is built on referrals and repeat customers who trust us to deliver every time.

Ballymaloe-trained chef with a passion for seasonal Irish cooking. Saoirse creates every menu and runs the kitchen with warmth and precision.

Eoin Gallagher

Co-Founder & Front of House

Eoin brings 15 years of hospitality experience. He runs the floor, manages events, and makes sure every guest feels at home.

Niamh Fitzpatrick

Sous Chef

DIT culinary graduate with a flair for baking. Niamh creates our daily pastries, cakes, and the dessert specials everyone loves.

3FE-trained barista and certified coffee nerd. Oisin crafts every cup with care and runs our barista training for new staff.
